(B) Reactive Universe s.r.o., a limited liability company having its registered seat at Ke Krči 1061/41, Braník, 147 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic, Identification no.: 069 78 908, https://reactiveconf.com, which is specialised on organizing technology events made for functional developers, where World-class JS experts share unique insights (hereinafter the „Reactive Universe“) processes your data with due care, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, in particular with the regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter the “GDPR”).
1 Identity and contact details of the controller

2Personal data processed and sources of data
2.1 Reactive Universe uses two types of information about you: (i) personal data and (ii) technical data.
2.2 We collect your personal data in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, during registration to our Conference or subscription to a newsletter on the Conference’s website. We may collect and process the following personal data about you: (i) your first and last name, (ii) your e-mail address, (iii) company name of your employee or firm you work with, (iv) your coding language, (v) your country of origin, (vi) your industry & technology interests, (vii) information on how you heard about ReactiveConf 2019 and (viii) information if you have already attended any of our previous conferences.
2.3 We and/or our authorized external service providers (e.g., Google Analytics, WordPress, Facebook, Twitter, and Hotjar) may automatically collect technical data when you visit or interact with our services or sites. Technical data may include, in particular, the browser name, the type of computer or device, time spent on website, interaction with the services, URL of the website you visited before and after visiting the services, the time and date of user visits, surfing habits, IP address, operating system and other similar technical information. In a limited number of cases, it is possible to use technical data and identify you by them as an individual, thus making them personal data according to applicable legal regulations, however, we never use technical data to identify you as an individual.
3.2 The cookies allow us, and our partners, target you with discounts to our services and specialized advertising adapted to your interest in other sites.

- a) TO CARRY OUT THE AGREEMENT EXISTING BETWEEN US BASED ON PURCHASE OF YOUR TICKET FOR THE CONFERENCE

– providing you with Tickets and organizational and other information and services in relation to your Ticket and the Conference (about badge pick-up locations, exact times, changes and updates in respect of the Conference);
– ensuring you can manage your attendance at the Conference;
– responding to you in relation to any queries you may have with respect to the Conference and our services;
– resolving potential agreement-related troubleshoot problems and disputes;
– inviting you to take surveys related to the Conference.
We process the following personal data for this purpose: your first and last name, your e-mail address, the company name of your employee or firm you work with and your coding language.
We process the above personal data on the following legal basis: the performance of a contract in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) of GDPR.
- b) TO MARKET OUR FUTURE EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES
This purpose includes mainly the following processing activities:
– sending you information about our new events and activities (through email, social and other media);
– delivering targeted invitations and promotional offers relating to our events and activities (through email, social and other media).
We process the following personal data for this purpose: your first and last name, your e-mail address, the company name of your employee or firm you work with, your coding language, your industry & technology interests, your country of origin and information on how you heard about ReactiveConf 2019.
We process the above personal data on the following legal basis: your consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of GDPR (granted during registration to the Conference). You always have the right to withdraw this consent by sending an email to email@example.com.
- c) TO EVALUATE, DEVELOP AND IMPROVE OUR EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES
This purpose includes mainly the following processing activities:
– analyzing collected data;
– creating anonymous statistics;
– merging your collected personal data with publicly available data;
– analyzing any trends in the use of our services,
all performed, in particular, in order to understand what kind of events and activities our customers are interested in, how we can improve our events, activities, and website or what kind of marketing we should use.
We process the following personal data for this purpose: your first and last name, your e-mail address, company name of your employee or firm you work with, your coding language, your industry & technology interests, your country of origin, information on how you heard about ReactiveConf 2019 and if you have already attended any of our previous conferences.
We process the above personal data on the following legal basis: legitimate interest (in evaluating, developing and improving our services, products, and systems) in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) of GDPR.
5 Presence of cameras
5.1 By attendance of the Conference, you also give us your voluntary consent to make image, film and sound recordings of you as the attendee of the Conference at any time at the Conference. You can always withdraw this consent by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You also agree that we, and official partners of the Conference published on our website, may use such image, film and sound recordings for the purpose of marketing and propagation of future events similar to the Conference.
6.1 We only share your personal data within the organization of Reactive Universe and the group of companies into which Reactive Universe belongs.
6.2 We do not share your personal data with any recipients outside of Reactive Universe and the group of companies into which Reactive Universe belongs unless one of the following circumstances applies:
- a) IT IS NECESSARY FOR COMPLIANCE WITH OUR LEGAL AND CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS TOWARDS YOU

We may share your personal data with recipients outside Reactive Universe if we have a good-faith belief that access to and use of your personal data is reasonably necessary to (i) meet any applicable law, regulation, and/or court order; (ii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; and/or (iii) protect the interests, properties or safety of Reactive Universe, our users or the public as far as in accordance with the law. When possible, we will inform you about such processing.
- c) WITH YOUR EXPLICIT CONSENT
We may share your personal data with partners of the Conference published on the Conference’s website when we have your explicit consent to do so granted during registration to the Conference. The list of the partners of the Conference published on the Conference’s website may be updated from time to time. Reactive Universe has taken the appropriate contractual and organizational measures to ensure that such partners of the Conference process your personal data only in order to provide you with the information you might benefit from, such as their events and other services and job offers. You always have the right to withdraw this consent by sending an email to email@example.com.
7 Transfer to countries outside EU/EEA
7.1 Reactive Universe may transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area where we engage with external service providers. In such case, we transfer your personal data only to a country that are considered to have an adequate level of protection in accordance with the EU Commission’s decision or there are appropriate safeguards in place to protect your personal data, such as standard contract clauses, binding internal company rules or US Privacy Shield. Regardless of the country in which your personal data is processed, Reactive Universe takes reasonable technical, legal and organizational measures to ensure that the level of protection is the same as in the European Union and the European Economic Area. 8 Storage period
8.1 Reactive Universe stores your personal data only if it is legally permitted and necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected, however, no longer than 3 years following the last day of the Conference.

9.1 Right of access
Reactive Universe offers you access to your personal data we process. This means you can contact us and request from us a confirmation whether or not your personal data are being processed and if so, you have the right to request access to your data, which we will provide to you in the form of a so-called “registry” (stating, in particular, purposes, categories of personal data, categories of recipients of personal data, storage periods or criteria for determining storage periods).
9.2 Right to rectification
You have the right to have inaccurate personal data we have stored about you rectified.
9.3 Right to erasure
